    2. How To Commend an Employee
      If you would like to compliment the actions or efforts of an employee with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, you may direct those comments to any employee of the Sheriff’s Office, or you can submit the online form below. Details of the circumstances, and the name or description of the involved employee, help us to make sure the information becomes part of the permanent record of the involved employee.
    4. How To File a Complaint
      If you have a complaint against an employee, you are encouraged to file the complaint in person at the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. Alternatively, complaint forms are available at the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, or you can submit the online form below. You can also file a complaint by calling (704) 878-3180.
