This high rep, low weight class will help you gain and tone long, lean muscles.
This class is for all ages and fitness levels. Taught in a group setting, this class will use barbells and free weights with motivating music to get your heart rate up.
Silver Sneakers EnerCHI is a spin on Tai Chi using proven poses to
improve balance, strengthen muscles and help members find their inner CHI. It's low impact and modifications are provided to lower or raise the intensity. SilverSneakers membership not required.
Outdoor Yoga - Gentle Vinyasa

This practice is a mix between gentle yoga and vinyasa. Vinyasa is a faster pace flow, this practice is slow to medium pace and medium intensity. Using the breath to move between poses, up and down from the mat. Poses are held for short and long durations, building strength or getting a deep stretch. Focus on alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, and concentration.
