Push past your current strength level by using various strength training methods. Every level of fitness is welcome as the class is modified to meet your needs.
Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life
activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. SilverSneakers membership not required.
Outdoor Yoga - Gentle Vinyasa

This practice is a mix between gentle yoga and vinyasa. Vinyasa is a faster pace flow, this practice is slow to medium pace and medium intensity. Using the breath to move between poses, up and down from the mat. Poses are held for short and long durations, building strength or getting a deep stretch. Focus on alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, and concentration.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting 3/28 from 3-4pm. Held outside behind the Admin Offices across from the Recreation Center
Increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacities in this high intensity interval class.
All out extreme intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest done for multiple rounds.
